Addons Terms and Conditions

Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the obligations and rights of the supplier and the user of our addons.

Product

We can deny access to our addons if the terms are not kept by the user or if the user uses our addons incorrect on purpose.

Security

The user is responsible to keep his user name and password on a safe place, in order to keep the user’s information private. The data exchange between the user’s web browser and our addons is by means of SSL encryption (HTTPS).

Liability

The user remains at all times responsible for the outcome of our addons. We are not liable for any damage as a result of the use of our addons by the user. We are not liable for any damage as a result of malfunctioning of our addons. We are not liable for any damage as a result of temporary unavailability of our addons.

Licenses

A "lifetime license" has no "real expiration date", it ends in these cases:

1) If the Google Workspace Marketplace and/or the corresponding Google application (Sheets, Forms, Docs, Slides etc.) is shut down.

2) If the Google Workspace Marketplace and/or the corresponding Google application (Sheets, Forms, Docs, Slides etc.) is changed in a way, which would require a severe refactoring of the addon.

Refunds

Customers are entitled to request a refund within 30 days of purchase. For subscription services, each payment is eligible for a refund if requested within 30 days of the respective payment date.

To initiate a refund, customers must complete and submit the refund form available on our contact page under: "Purchase / license > FREQUENT QUESTION: How can I request a refund / cancel my subscription?"

SMS Service & Messaging Terms

Our add-on "SEAL: Send SMS Reminders & Send Certificates" allows users to send automated SMS reminders. To comply with international law the following terms and conditions need to be fulfilled.

Consent and Opt-in: Our service allows sending automated SMS reminders. Users are strictly prohibited from messaging individuals who have not explicitly opted-in. By using the service, you certify that you have obtained express prior written consent from all recipients.

Opt-out & Help: Recipients can cancel the service at any time by replying "STOP". For more information, reply "HELP".

Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Form of corporation

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, customers acknowledge and consent that they will not be separately notified in the event that the current sole proprietorship from which they purchase the product is converted into any other form of corporation (e.g. GmbH).
