The choices of one question are stored at the moment when a limit is defined resp. the dropdown is used. If the choices are changed afterwards the changes will not be stored for backup.
In case you need to change your choices after a limit was already defined resp. the dopdown was used, the following can be done:
  1. Turn the limit off
  2. Turn the limit on again
  3. This forces the addon to store your latest choices

Please be informed, that this feature is only available to PRO users. If the PRO vesion was purchased and enabled an additional question can be added to the form. The title of the newly added question defines the custom merge tag, e.g. {{Department}}. Afterwards the same merge tag can be used within the mail subject, mail contant and custom certificate template.

To include merge tags, just create text boxes and put the corresponding merge tag into it, e.g. {{Name}}.
